Any Real Money Funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

Deposits made via EasyPaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to a player's betagame account within 60 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing times of HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank. betagame will make reasonable efforts to notify players of any delays but is not liable for delays caused by payment provider systems outside its control.
Withdrawal requests are processed by betagame within one to three business days following receipt of a valid withdrawal request, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals to EasyPaisa and JazzCash wallets are typically processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals. betagame reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal regardless of prior verification status where this is required by its compliance obligations.
Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement specified in the relevant bonus terms has been satisfied in full. Withdrawal requests that include unwagered bonus funds will either be declined or processed with the bonus portion voided, at betagame's discretion.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the betagame platform are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time each offer is presented. Bonus Funds and associated free bets expire within the timeframe specified in each offer's terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from a player's account. betagame will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
